Job Profile - Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location – BKC, Mumbai
Exp. Required – Min. 6 Months
Qualification – Any Graduation
Workdays & Timings – Monday to Saturday (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)
Job Responsibilities –
Manage and resolve complaints from Streamer agencies and talent via emails and
Fresh desk (CRM rule).
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution and followup.
Engage with agency holders and talent to address and mitigate recurring issues.
Collect and document feedback from users and talent to drive app improvements.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, customer support
experience, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to handling user relations
and team collaboration.
Other Requirements -
1. Should be aware of the live streaming industry and operations
2. Should be able to communicate fluently in English & Hindi. (Other language proficiency
will be an added advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
