Job Description:
- Conduct regular safety inspections & audits across the workplace to identify potential hazards & non-compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop, implement & monitor policies, procedures & practices in compliance with local, state & federal regulations.
- Investigate accidents & near-misses to determine root causes & recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain records of safety inspections & incidents & report to management.
- Ensure that safety equipment & PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are available, properly maintained & compliant with regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Active in emergency preparedness including fire safety, evacuation procedures & first-aid.
Qualifications:
- B-Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
- Certification in safety management or occupational health & safety from State Board.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in safety software & data management tools.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Experience Required: Minimum 4 years.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
