Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and employee records.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and company-wide initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HRMS or HR software is an advantage.
