- Appointment & development of Distributors channels
- Achieving the targets and goals set in your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Servicing the needs of our existing customers
- To increase business opportunities through various routes of the market
- Developing innovative higher sales strategies.
- Focus on the team members for achieving their desired targets.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Customer feedback and market research
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- To suggest & implement brand promotional activities.
Locations - Karnal, Kaithal & Kurukshetra
Reporting to :- Area Sale Manager
Salary :- 21150 /- CTC + 12500 /- Variable + TA
Experience :- Fresher – 5 years
Qualification :- Preference to MBA(Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc. (Agriculture)
