Sr. Sales Executive – Hotel Industry
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, travel agents, event planners)
Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking
Promote hotel services such as rooms, banquets, conferences, and F&B outlets
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Handle client queries and provide customized proposals
Ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
3. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
Prepare sales plans and strategies to increase revenue
Monitor competitors and market trends
4. Coordination with Departments
Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Banquet teams
Ensure smooth execution of events and bookings
Follow up on payments and contracts
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain sales records and client database
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Use CRM systems for tracking leads and conversions
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales and marketing knowledge
Customer-focused attitude
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
2–6 years of experience in hotel sales (preferred)

Revenue generation
Occupancy rate growth
Number of new clients acquired
Client retention rate
Work Environment:
Office + field work (client visits, corporate meetings)
May require flexible hours depending on events and client needs
Pay: ₹18,552.22 - ₹33,328.49 per month
