Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, cookies, and other bakery products as per standard recipes.
- Assist in daily mise-en-place and production requirements of the pastry kitchen.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented according to hotel standards and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Properly store and label food items to maintain freshness and quality.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors regarding shortages or replenishment requirements.
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients and resources.
- Support banquet, buffet, and a la carte pastry production as required.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in inventory control and stock-taking activities.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and departmental SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Bakery & Confectionery, or Culinary Arts.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a pastry or bakery kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, dessert preparation, and food presentation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
