We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our cafe team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting smooth daily cafe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with beverage and menu selections.
- Educate customers about coffee beverages, menu items, and brewing methods.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely and efficiently.
- Recommend menu items and promote products to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the cafe, equipment, and workstations.
- Refill stock and assist with inventory management as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Freshers who are passionate about coffee and looking to build a career in the cafe and hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Experience operating coffee equipment and POS systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
