JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum 18 months experience in the role, complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients
Frequently follow up with the Underwriters/Business Partners on the missing documents or required information to complete the BAU activities, manage exceptions and esalate timely if and when required.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve Business goals and contribute to initiatives to help improve team performance and processes
Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Have an eye for details
Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
Take part in organisation's initiatives to make the best out of the opportunities presented and be a part of JPMC's inclusive culture
Required Qualification, skills and capabilities
You should be open to work in shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting
1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking/Financial Institution/Loan Operations/Underwriting
Comtortable with using Microsoft Office tools specially Excel and Word
Self motivated to ensure high morale during stressful times
