*Position Overview:*
We are hiring Social Media Marketing Specialists at three levels: Freshers, Freelancers, and Experienced Professionals. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at TFAMS Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to boost client visibility and engagement.
For Freshers:
- Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Support the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and respond appropriately.
- Help analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track campaign success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
For Freelancers:
- Create and manage social media marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
- Develop and schedule content calendars, including posts, ads, and promotions, across various social media platforms.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data and industry trends to enhance social media presence.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure social media strategies align with their brand and business goals.
For Experienced Professionals:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media marketing strategies for high-profile clients and major campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that drives engagement and supports marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Analyze social media performance using advanced analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
*Qualifications:*
For Freshers:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing.
For Freelancers:
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including content management systems and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, including content creation, audience engagement, and paid advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
For Experienced Professionals:
