Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and Securing Opportunities: Actively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the FMCG, Pharma, and Apparels sectors.
- Business Generation Coordination: Coordinate and implement business generation activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
- current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Client Support: Address potential client inquiries, provide follow-up support, and assist with the order placement process via our app.
- Market Visits: Regularly visit existing and potential markets, conduct real-time stock sampling, and stay updated on market trends.
- Customer Training: Provide training and guidance to customers on using the app for order placements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the Apparels, FMCG, or Pharma sectors.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to visit clients and explore new markets.
- Tools: Must have a two-wheeler, a valid driving licence, and a smartphone.
Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month + travel expenses per km basis+ Target Achievement Bonus
