Job Title: Accountant
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company’s accounting and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and purchase records
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
- Assist in GST filing, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries
- Track expenses and ensure proper documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and vendors whenever required
- Manage payroll-related accounting entries and employee reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation processes
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements, and reconciliations
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
