Key Responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
1. Website Management:
- Regularly update the company website with the latest content, including product pages, blogs, product updates, and other relevant information.
- Ensure all website content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor website performance and user engagement, making necessary adjustments to improve user experience.
2. Google Ads Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Generate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the company's social media handles, with a dedicated focus on LinkedIn
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media posts, ensuring they are consistent with the company's branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately.
4. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and schedule email campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
- Develop and execute SMS campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Manage WhatsApp message campaigns, including list management and content creation.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
5. B2B Portals and Marketplaces Management:
- Manage the company's presence on B2B portals and marketplaces such as Amazon, including product listings, updates, and promotions.
- Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search within the marketplaces.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve sales and visibility.
6. Event Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for events, including trade shows, conferences, and company-hosted events.
- Manage event registration, attendee communication, and on-site logistics.
- Collaborate with designers to plan and arrange booths for events, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with the company's branding.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials, signage, and promotional items.
7. General Administrative Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing and events teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to marketing and event activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status and performance of digital marketing and event initiatives.
