Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review engineering designs for residential buildings, including
foundations, drainage systems, and structural components.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the suitability of proposed construction
sites and identify any potential challenges.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate structural elements
with architectural plans.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to engineering plans,
building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely
delivery of materials and completion of tasks.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule
and within budget.
- Should be able to make wise decisions and trouble shoot the issues at the site.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with
engineering standards and regulations.
- Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Address and resolve any engineering issues or discrepancies that arise during
the construction process.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
