Senior Service Engineer Job Description
Role Overview:
This position will serve as the face of our company, embodying our commitment to quality service and technical expertise. The role entails a combination of technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and customer support, with a focus on PLCs, synchronization panels, and DG set instrumentation and control up to 1500 KVA
Responsibilities:
- Performing technical troubleshooting & diagnostic assessments to identify & resolve issues promptly & effectively.
- Conducting repairs and replacements of faulty components as necessary to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Providing timely and effective customer support, including responding to service calls, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering on-site assistance.
- Documenting service activities and customer interactions, in accordance with company protocols.
- Representing the company professionally & upholding our standards of quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Strong technical proficiency in PLCs, synchronization panels, and DG set instrumentation and control systems.
Qualification:
Education:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
7-15 years of experience in field service, preferably in the power industry or DG set maintenance.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
