Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and organize company documents, records, and files to maintain administrative processes.
- Handle basic accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assist Finance department with book-keeping, preparation of budgets, and other tasks.
- Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets using advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, managing emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain clear and concise communication within the team.
- Manage the management's agendas, including scheduling and organizing travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings with proper time management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (or relevant experience).
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong comfort with numbers and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
