- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure customers are attended to promptly and directed to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain a warm and positive customer experience throughout their visit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and service requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding visits, feedback, and special events.
- Manage customer flow within the showroom.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist in organizing showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure VIP customers receive personalized attention and hospitality.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and customer engagement.
- 3+ years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Front Office, or Customer Experience roles within the jewellery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
