Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - AI

Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer with a specialized focus on building intelligent systems for our Insurance Products. You will bridge the gap between deep Data Science and agile Software Engineering, developing models that handle the complexity of insurance products while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools (Cursor/GitHub Copilot) to build production-ready applications that enhance our core insurance offerings.
What will you do?

AI Development: Build and deploy RAG-based systems and Generative AI workflows designed to navigate complex insurance policy documents and actuarial rules.

Predictive Modeling: Develop and maintain forecasting models for policyholder behavior, premium revenue projections, and recommendation engines for client-success metrics.

Data Integrity & Sanitization: Perform rigorous data cleaning and pattern mining on sensitive data to identify relationships between account tenure, policy closures, and regional performance.

Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-assisted coding tools to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new features, ensuring high-quality code that adheres to industry standards.

Regulatory Guardrails: Help test and structure data formats and prompts for enterprise AI solutions, ensuring all outputs meet the stringent compliance and safety requirements.

Domain-Driven Research: Stay current on GenAI trends specifically within the insurance landscape, preparing sessions on how AI can optimize underwriting and claims processes.
What skills required?

Programming & AI Tools: Mastery of Python and SQL. Proficiency in using AI-coding assistants (Windsurf/Cursor/GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development without sacrificing logic.
