Job Description
We are looking for a Blockchain Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain and Web3 development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable Web3 platforms, blockchain architectures, smart contracts, DApps, wallet infrastructure, and decentralized ecosystems across EVM and/or Solana networks. The candidate should have proven experience working on production-grade blockchain applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, security, interoperability, and system architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and platforms
- Build and deploy secure smart contracts
- Develop scalable Web3 and decentralized application architectures
- Integrate wallets, blockchain networks, and on-chain/off-chain services
- Work on DApps, DeFi platforms, Smart Wallets, RWA platforms, cross-chain solutions, and blockchain infrastructure systems
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams
- Conduct testing, debugging, and smart contract reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong experience in blockchain and Web3 development
- Expertise in Solidity and/or Rust
- Experience working with EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with smart contracts, wallet integrations, and cross-chain implementations
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries and blockchain frameworks
- Strong understanding of decentralized systems, interoperability, and blockchain security
- Experience in blockchain/chain development
- Experience deploying and managing Layer 1 (L1) and Layer 2 (L2) chains
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, validators, RPCs, and node management
- Understanding of scalable and secure blockchain architectures
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
