· Planning aggressive sales targets, while maintaining budgeted numbers on profitability and productivity
· Responsible for encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition
· Responsible for ensuring business from all the products that they manage as per the budget
· Planning aggressive sales targets, while maintaining budgeted numbers on profitability and productivity
· Designing end to end sales strategy for present as well as future growth i.e. LRP (Long Range Planning)
· Maintaining profitable product mix
