Job Summary:
The CRM and Lead Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the lead generation process. This role involves the use of CRM tools, analyzing lead data, generating reports, and automating lead assignment workflows. The Lead Manager will collaborate closely with sales and social media teams to ensure a smooth flow of qualified leads and provide insights to improve lead management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management:
- Oversee the CRM system and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer profiles, lead status, and customer interaction records.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure the CRM system meets business needs and is user-friendly.
- Lead Management:
- Track, monitor, and manage leads across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Ensure timely follow-up and lead nurturing by coordinating with the sales team.
- Develop lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on potential value and engagement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze lead generation data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports on lead performance, pipeline status, and sales activities.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in lead management strategies.
- Campaign Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns to improve lead quality.
- Ensure CRM data is aligned with marketing automation tools for seamless lead nurturing.
- Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve lead management processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop strategies for improving customer acquisition and retention.
- Assist in the creation of automated workflows within the CRM to streamline lead assignment and nurturing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM management, lead analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel.
- Experience with lead scoring, pipeline management, and sales funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
