Qualification
· Graduates in any discipline with 3 + years’ experience in the recruitment Industry.
Job Description
· Source candidates using variety of search methods to find suitable candidates, viz. Advertisements, Job Portals, Agents, in house Database etc.
· Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings
· Experience in designing and managing job postings, job descriptions as per requirements
· Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
· Manage onboarding and new hire process
· Manage and conduct the interviews (Online / Offline) , selection, and closing process
· Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with clients’ requirements and employment laws and regulations
