Ideal candidates will bethose who are eager to embrace new challenges and advance their careers.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop acomprehensive recruitment strategy for high-volume roles.Implement diverse sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of candidates, utilizing job boards, socialmedia, referrals, job fairs, and other creative methods.Efficiently screen and assess candidates using predefined criteria or assessments, conducting initialinterviews to determine suitability for roles.Schedule and conduct interviews, manage logistics, and coordinate with hiring teams to streamline theinterview process for multiple candidates.Manage a high volume of applicants, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive candidateexperience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track recruitmentmetrics, and generate reports for analysis and improvement.Work closely with hiring managers to provide regular updates on recruitment progress, adjuststrategies as needed, and gather feedback on candidates.Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding process for successfulcandidates, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing channels.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
