Responsibilities: -
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the hotel's business goals
- Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions
- Recruit and hire qualified employees
- Onboard new employees and provide training
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs
- Manage employee relations and resolve disputes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide HR support to all hotel departments
Requirements : -
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hotel industry
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
