Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented NEET Biology Faculty and IIT-JEE Mathematics Faculty to train students for national-level competitive examinations. The ideal candidates should possess deep subject expertise, strong classroom management skills, and a proven ability to guide students toward top ranks in NEET and JEE.
Key Responsibilities: NEET Biology Faculty
- Teach Botany and Zoology for NEET aspirants.
- Develop comprehensive study plans aligned with the latest NTA syllabus.
- Conduct concept-based and application-oriented classes.
- Prepare question banks, assignments, mock tests, and performance analysis reports.
- Mentor students individually to improve academic performance.
- Track student progress and communicate with parents when required.
IIT-JEE Mathematics Faculty
- Teach Mathematics for JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
- Deliver advanced problem-solving sessions.
- Develop shortcut techniques and exam strategies.
- Create practice worksheets, test series, and analytical assessments.
- Guide students in achieving high scores through structured preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in Biology / Mathematics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in NEET or IIT-JEE coaching.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.
- Passion for mentoring and student success.
