Key Responsibility-
· Designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
· Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins and custom applications using Power Platform to streamline business processes.
· Business processes will be onboarding, off boarding, complaints, service management, leads and opportunities and using CIJ.
Technical Skills & Experience:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (CE, Sales & Marketing) and plug-ins, workflows, integrations, customisations.
· 5+ years working with Power Platform (Power Apps/Pages, Power Automate).
· Strong understanding of Dataverse, relational databases, and SQL.
· Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, APIM, Functions).
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
