Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team as an Accounts Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, and finance team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting and financial operations
- Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
- Supervise and guide accounts team
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong knowledge in GST, TDS, taxation, audit, and financial reporting
- Experience in team handling and finance management
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP/accounting software
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Experience in handling multiple business operations is an added advantage
Salary
₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)
