Job Description
Arya Bhangy is looking for an experienced Factory Manager / Factory In-Charge for our door manufacturing division.
The candidate should have strong experience in managing complete factory operations â from raw material handling and production coordination to polishing, finishing, quality control, packing, and dispatch of finished doors.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete factory operations and workforce
- Supervise production, assembly, polishing, finishing, and packing
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with carpenters, machine operators, and supervisors
- Monitor inventory, materials, and production schedules
- Ensure timely delivery of finished products
- Maintain discipline, efficiency, and smooth factory workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of factory management experience
- Experience in wooden door manufacturing / furniture / interior production preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Ability to independently handle factory operations
