Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy within a fast-paced and supportive environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1+ years of full-time experience in sales or lead generation, possesses strong research skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for lead generation.
- Utilise various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM systems) to gather and manage leads.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Monitor and report on the progress of lead generation activities and results.
- Engage in email marketing to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of full-time experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Apollo, sales navigator and other slead generation tools is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong telephonic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
