Position: Telecaller – Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads, engage potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team when required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Prepare and submit call reports and sales activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
