Job Summary:
The Receptionist & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, maintaining petty cash records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should have prior administrative experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Manage and monitor petty cash, maintain accurate records, and prepare expense reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or receptionist role
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge including:
- MS Excel
- MS Word (Docx)
- Email handling
- Knowledge of maintaining petty cash and basic accounting records
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of relevant work experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
