Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification required for the position is graduation. Preference will be given to candidates having graduate/post-graduate degree in public relations, social work, management, or journalism and mass communication. The candidate must be proficient in technology and should have strong communication, coordinating and interpersonal skills.
Desirable: Minimum three years of proven relevant work experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies. Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
2. Track media coverage and follow industry trends. Manage PR issues if any.
3. Address inquiries from guests, parents, students, employees, media and other parties. Provide focused and high quality customer care at all times.
4. Assist & participate in local events for promotion of the school.
5. Undertake regular and timely follow-ups to all enquiries, visits, and applications to meet minimum response times.
6. Provide a first and continual point of contact from enquiry to enrolment of students.
7. Assist school in conducting events for admissions and create walk-ins in the school for Admission
8. Perform all the activities related to the smooth induction of new students in the school. Liaise closely with Teachers, Coordinators, HODs, Academic Director, and Admin staff with regard to the smooth transition/induction of new families, and support arrangements for new starters.
9. Follow best practices in the Admissions process of students.
10. Develop parent liaison and relationships ensuring that word of mouth comments are positive.
