Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Civil to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction practices, site coordination, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site work activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors.
- Maintain site progress reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor material usage and site safety practices.
- Resolve on-site issues and report project status to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil site supervision.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Good understanding of construction methods and site management.
- Ability to handle manpower and coordinate effectively with teams.
- Willingness to work at Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
