About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented DTP Operator / Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in packaging and label design. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing product labels, packaging artwork, mockups, and marketing creatives while ensuring brand consistency and print-ready outputs.
Candidates with prior experience in the FMCG industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop product labels, packaging artwork, and FMCG branding materials.
Create realistic product mockups for presentations, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, color profiles, and technical specifications.
Modify and update existing packaging designs as per business requirements.
Coordinate with marketing, production, and printing vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Create promotional creatives, brochures, flyers, banners, and digital marketing assets when required.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Proficiency in CorelDRAW
Strong understanding of packaging design and printing processes
Experience in product label design and packaging artwork development
Experience in creating realistic product mockups
Good knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience Required
2–3 years of experience as a DTP Operator or Graphic Designer.
Prior experience in the FMCG, Food, Beverage, or Consumer Goods industry.
Knowledge of pre-press and print production processes.
Understanding of packaging regulations and label requirements is an added advantage.
