Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide first level support for applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests as per SLA.
- Monitor application health, job flows, and production environments, proactively identifying and escalating issues as required.
- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting across application, database, and interface layers using logs and monitoring tools.
- Handle incident management activities including ticket logging, categorization, prioritization, resolution, and escalation to higher support or development teams.
- Support release and deployment activities by performing validation checks, smoke testing, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Assist in root cause analysis of recurring issues and contribute to implementing preventive fixes under guidance from senior team members.
- Maintain and update support documentation, knowledge base articles, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth application operations and customer communication delivery.
