We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized POS/ERP System Executive to manage and maintain our retail and online operations through our POS/ERP system. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory updates, location management, and the integration of additional services like Tally and customer loyalty programs. They will ensure accurate reporting using advanced Excel skills and maintain master reports to support all POS/ERP-related activities and other operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. POS/ERP System Management: ○ Update and manage locations, inventory, and retail operations within the POS/ERP system. ○ Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot issues and integrate new services.
2. Service Integration: ○ Ensure seamless integration of Tally for financial accounting. ○ Manage customer loyalty programs and other add-ons to enhance the retail experience.
3. Reporting and Analytics: ○ Clean and maintain Excel reports using advanced Excel techniques, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros. ○ Create, update, and maintain master reports related to the POS/ERP system and other departments as needed. ○ Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.
4. Data Accuracy and Maintenance: ○ Monitor data integrity across all systems, ensuring accurate synchronization between the POS/ERP system and other platforms. ○ Organize and optimize data storage for easy retrieval and analysis.
5. Collaboration and Support ○ Work closely with other departments to address their reporting and operational needs related to the POS/ERP system. ○ Act as the primary point of contact for POS/ERP-related queries and updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Education: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
●* Experience:* ○ 1-2 years of experience in managing POS/ERP systems. ○ Prior experience with Tally integration and managing loyalty programs is a plus.
● Technical Skills: ○ Proficiency in POS/ERP systems. ○ Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros). ○ Familiarity with system integration and troubleshooting.
● Other Skills: ○ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. ○ Excellent organizational and communication skills. ○ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹32,905.33 per month
