Full-Time Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager (Remote)
We are looking for a dedicated Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager to join our team full-time and work exclusively with us.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Test new creatives daily and identify winning ads.
- Scale campaigns gradually while maintaining target costs and profitability.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization suggestions.
- Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, events, and basic analytics.
- Work with landing pages and coordinate with developers when tracking changes are needed.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of pixels, event tracking, conversions, and attribution.
- Basic website knowledge for tracking setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience testing multiple creatives and scaling campaigns based on data.
- Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience with app install campaigns.
- Knowledge of Firebase, Conversion API (CAPI), and advanced tracking setups.
Compensation:
Salary will be lower initially and will increase based on performance, results, and contribution to business growth. We are looking for someone interested in growing with the company long-term.
