What you'll actually be doing:
— Design apps, sites, microsites and dashboards end-to-end
— Move fast from wireframe to prototype to polished, shippable UI
— Make complex political information simple enough to act on in seconds
— Build and maintain a design system so everything stays consistent
— Work shoulder-to-shoulder with devs so it ships the way you drew it
You won’t hand off and hope. You’ll own the experience from idea to live.
What we need from you:
— 2–4 years in UI/UX with a portfolio of shipped products
— Real fluency in Figma — prototyping, components, systems
— You sweat the flows, not just the screens
— An eye for both craft and clarity
Bonus points if you:
— Front-end literacy — you can talk to devs in their language
— Motion or interaction design chops
— Genuine interest in how design shapes behaviour
