Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Home Room Teacher for primary grade students.
- Plan and conduct engaging, student-centered learning experiences.
- Move beyond traditional lecture-based teaching methods.
- Use practical sessions such as cooking, sewing, nature activities, play, projects and hands-on exploration as tools for learning.
- Encourage students to think critically, ask questions and participate actively.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline through connection and engagement.
- Take ownership of student progress, classroom environment and school responsibilities.
- Participate actively in school programs, events and professional development initiatives.
Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate with D.Ed./B.Ed. preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers not allowed
School Timings - 11.00am to 6.00pm
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
