- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain customer records, carry sales visits and acquire new customers with Team
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers when as required
- Achieve or exceed sales targets
- Recruit, Train sales team
- Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
