Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the client's brand voice and goals.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and optimize strategies for better results.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a sense of community.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platforms/tools to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their best practices, and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse social media data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
