Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints received through Amazon and our own e-commerce website
- Handling product related queries and provide resolution for the same (we will provide the technical training about the product to the candidate)
- Respond promptly to buyer-seller messages, emails, and support tickets with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for order delivery, returns, and reverse pickups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and trust from customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to our products
Good to Have
- Experience in handling e-commerce escalations and supports. Worked in E-commerce related support
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge about Excel for data tracking and reporting
Jin Office is leading E-commerce brand in office ergonomic space having a wide presence on Amazon in field of Height Adjustable desks, Monitor stands and other work related accessories.
Our office timings are 10 am to 7 pm (Mon to Sat)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹312,000.00 per year
