JOB PURPOSE:
- Reporting to Team Leader Inbound Sales, the position is responsible for X selling the different products of the Bank of the contact centre
- Officer would be a part of Inbound Sales team of India
- Sales Targets to be met in terms of Products, MIX, Value and fees
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring cards retention targets to be met
- Tracking and closure of all leads and follow ups
- Customer TAT to be maintained
- Ensure all relevant MIS etc are maintained and updated for all related activities
- High awareness of Product knowledge and process
- Correct communication of features and charges across a range of banking products as applicable
- Ensure adherence to MLP and KYC norms and standards Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
