Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:

- Client Engagement:
- Understand client requirements and articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.

- Conversion Strategy:
- Convert leads into long-term clients by providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Manage the recruitment and client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Relationship Management:

- Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Executive Level: 4+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
