Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive who can drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT services and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
- Identify new business opportunities in IT services (Web, Mobile, AI, Data, etc.)
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and respond to RFPs
- Handle client communication and requirement understanding
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution alignment
- Track and report sales activities using CRM tools
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar platforms
- Proposal writing and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in IT services or software industry
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
