We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to Managing Director to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and operational coordination. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send timely reminders
- Coordinate internal communication across departments
- Monitor emails, Teams messages, and respond to general enquiries
- Track staff tasks, To-Do lists, and ensure timely completion
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and share action points
- Maintain records, documentation, and internal forms
- Follow up on tasks assigned by leadership
- Support operational and coordination activities across teams
Requirements

Work Details
