Key Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Order Management:
- Oversee and coordinate the fulfilment of orders across various sales channels (online, in-store, etc.).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- RTS Orders (Ready-to-Ship):
- Manage RTS orders, ensuring that items are prepared for shipping in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Returns and Cancelled Orders:
- Handle returns and cancelled orders efficiently, including processing returns, restocking items, and managing refunds or exchanges.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to returns or cancellations.
- RTV (Return to Vendor):
- Manage RTV processes, including identifying products to be returned to vendors, coordinating with vendors, and handling associated documentation.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records as necessary.
- Stock Audit:
- Conduct periodic stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Implement corrective actions to address any issues identified during audits.
