Job Summary:
The CRM and Lead Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the lead generation process. This role involves the use of CRM tools, analyzing lead data, generating reports, and automating lead assignment workflows. The Lead Manager will collaborate closely with sales and social media teams to ensure a smooth flow of qualified leads and provide insights to improve lead management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Assignment:
- Manage how leads (potential customers) are assigned to sales teams, making sure they get distributed quickly.
- Review new campaign leads and send them to the right team or person quickly.
- Keep track of leads from the website and social media, ensuring they're added to the CRM system (customer database).
- Run and manage bulk messaging campaigns to engage potential leads.
2. Lead Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze all leads to understand how well they are performing, including new campaign leads.
- Create reports on where leads come from, how many convert into customers, and how long they take to convert.
- Make sure customer data is accurate in the CRM system.
- Provide reports on existing customers' engagement and suggest improvements.
3. Lead Generation & Strategy:
- Suggest creative ideas to improve how the company generates leads and find new sources.
- Work with the marketing team to improve lead acquisition through the website, social media, and campaigns.
4. CRM & Lead Automation:
- Manage the CRM tools and ensure the lead automation process works smoothly.
- Regularly optimize CRM systems to help the sales team work more efficiently.
5. Lead Retention & Sorting:
- Prepare reports on customer engagement and identify customers at risk of leaving.
- Sort leads by their age and help the sales team prioritize follow-ups.
6. Continuous Lead Monitoring:
- Constantly monitor the flow of leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Provide feedback to sales leaders on lead trends and how to improve processes.
7. Campaign & Awareness Reporting:
- Review and report on the success of lead generation campaigns.
- Continuously assess where leads come from and how well marketing efforts are working.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in lead management, CRM systems, or related areas.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in workflow automation and process improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
