We are seeking an experienced and motivated MDM Solutions Architect / Lead Consultant to join our Data Management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across multiple domains. This role requires hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms including Informatica MDM, Cluedin MDM, Reltio MDM, and Profisee MDM.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, business analysts, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality MDM solutions that support data governance initiatives and strategic business objectives.

Design, develop, implement, and support MDM solutions using Informatica MDM, Cluedin MDM, Reltio MDM, and Profisee MDM.

Participate in end-to-end MDM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Lead and support multi-domain MDM initiatives covering Customer, Product, Supplier, Vendor, and Reference Data.

Configure and maintain data models, matching and merging rules, survivorship strategies, hierarchies, workflows, and business rules.

Design and enhance Single Customer View (SCV), Product Master, and other enterprise master data solutions.

Drive best practices for master data lifecycle management and enterprise data standardization.

Define and implement data quality frameworks, validation rules, monitoring processes, and stewardship workflows.

Collaborate with business users and data stewards to improve data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance.

Support enterprise data governance initiatives, policies, standards, and stewardship programs.

Establish data quality KPIs and contribute to continuous data quality improvement efforts.

Work closely with application, analytics, and integration teams to seamlessly integrate MDM platforms with enterprise applications and downstream systems.

Design and support data integration workflows, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and event-driven integrations.

Contribute to enterprise data architecture standards, reusable solution patterns, and best practices.

Support cloud and hybrid data architecture initiatives involving modern data platforms.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable MDM solutions.

Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Data Stewards, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and implementation teams.

Participate in solution reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic data management initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

5+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM).

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with one or more MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Cluedin MDM, Reltio MDM, or Profisee MDM.

Strong understanding of MDM architecture, data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data management principles.

Experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions across customer, product, supplier, vendor, or reference data domains.

Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, metadata management, and master data lifecycle management.

Experience with ETL tools, API-based integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, Distribution, or Logistics industries.

Exposure to cloud-native data platforms and modern data architecture frameworks.

Knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, data migration, and data reconciliation activities.

Experience with customer data platforms, reference data management, and data cataloging solutions.

Relevant certifications in Informatica MDM, Reltio MDM, Profisee MDM, Cluedin MDM, Data Governance, or Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage.

Implementation or migration projects involving Informatica MDM, Cluedin MDM, Reltio MDM, and Profisee MDM.

Experience establishing enterprise-wide MDM strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models.
