Position: Warehouse Manager
Role Overview
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing complete warehouse operations, ensuring
inventory accuracy, smooth dispatch management, manpower supervision, and timely resolution of
operational issues. The role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage both staff and
labour teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and
dispatch.
- Ensure smooth operational flow and resolve issues proactively.
- Lead and manage a team of 3–4 executives/assistant managers and 10–12 labour staff.
- Monitor stock accuracy and conduct periodic reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and warehouse discipline.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments.
- Generate MIS and operational reports.
Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of inventory systems and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and operational challenges effectively
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
