- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for TMT bars and steel pipes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Client Management:
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and prompt resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager/Regional Sales Director.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of TMT bars and steel pipes, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry or construction materials sector.
- Strong knowledge of TMT bars and steel pipes, including their applications and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
